About Us
We are a Non-Profit Organization founded in early 2019 to promote safe snowmobiling and provide a groomed snowmobile trail system in Mclean, Ward, and Mountrail Counties.
Of the 2800 miles of maintained snowmobile trails in North Dakota, we maintain 158 of them. We have a partnership with Snowmobile North Dakota who manages the state trail system and North Dakota Parks & Recreation who administers, regulates and patrols the trail system.
All of our members are 100% volunteer, it takes a lot of dedicated people to get all of the work done. We have close to 4000 signs that need to be installed every fall and removed every spring. So If you would like to join our dedicated organization and become a member, click join at the bottom of this page, contact us in the contact page, or visit with any member.
Our trails serve the communities of Garrison, Totten Trail, Benedict, Sawyer, Max, Douglas, Ryder, Makoti, Plaza, Roseglen, and Emmet.
— Charitable
We are also a 501 (c)(3) Charitable organization that supports our communities by hosting benefits, feeds, fun runs, or other events that help other non profit organizations & people in need due to hardships and devistating events.
— Funding
The Majority of the trail maintenance funding comes from snowmobile registrations, trail permits, and the snowmobile portion of the gas tax.
— Donations
Trail Maintenance is very expensive and the funding does not cover all the expenses of maintaining the trails, we rely on donations, and associate memberships as well to offset costs, so we are always in search of donors and new memberships to help with this endeavor.
