Club Camp out/Picnic, Douglas Creek Recreation Area

Hello Members, Its that time of the year again, our club camp out/Picnic is scheduled for Saturday July 11^th, Picnic at 6pm, at the Douglas Creek Recreation Area. We will have our “April” (Postponed) monthly meeting at 7 which we will discuss a date when to hold our election and hash out voting and nominating details (The Pandemic Edition). We will also discuss whether to do another fundraiser this summer, possibly a raffle again. If there is any other business that needs to be discussed please let me know ASAP so we can get it on the Agenda.

Come out for just the meeting or the picnic or pull your camper out for the weekend, spots are first come first serve, we will try to be in the same area as last year but no guarantees on what portions will be open.

We will have Grills out there so bring your own meat and use one of the grills, feel free to bring a side dish
